ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
Eobort Binnie, aged 77 years, residing at Sawyer's Bay, was admitted to the Hospital yesterday suffering from injuries to his head. Xt appears he was driving into the City in a spring trap, and when near Leifch. walk the hovso shied. He was thrown out on to the road, his head coming into contact with the hard surface. He is progressing as well as can be expected. Robert M'Leod, married, agod about 40 years, a resident of Lawrence, was brought to the Dunedin Hospital yesterday suffering from severe injuries to lis right hand. He was working at a chaffcutter, when his hand became caught in the machinery, which was severely lacerated. The sufferer, who lost most of his hand, is progressing satisfactorily.
