DESTROYED BY FIRE.

HASTINGS, March 6,
Te Ante Maori College, including the teachers' residence, was burned down about 5 o'clock this morning. The schoolroom was the only building saved. The fire started in the kitchen.
The college building*; beins: old, the firo spread rapidly. Ail the stvdents got cut safely, lint lost a considerable portion of their effects. The insurances are not available.
