Parcel post mails for United Kingdom and Egypt at 2 p.m. Late-fee letters for north and south Sxpresses may now be posted in pillar - posting, box in front of railway station. Letters usually superscribed "Via Suez "should now be superscribed "For ' f first direct steamer." i.. Correspondence for all neutral countries r . is subject, to censorship.
