CANADIAN UKRAINIANS.
Reuter's Telegrams, OTTAWA, February 18. Two thousand Ukrainians, representing a-quarter of a.million of the population in Canada, have denounced the separate peace and passed resolutions urging a continuance of the war. They have issued a statement to the Dominion Government offering to mobilise Ukrainian labor to cany on war duties, provided the Government remove the stigma that they are alien enemies. Sir R. L. Borden has given a favorable reply, declaring that the offer is entitled to consideration.
