SOCIALISTS MEET IN PARIS.
Reuter's Telegrams. PARIS, February 18. (Received February 19, at 8.50 a.m.) Mr Arthur Henderson, M.P., who with >lr Ramsay Macdonald is attending the Labor Socialist Conference here, has 'been interviewed. He said he had succeeded in smoothing out many difficulties with tho French, and Italians. "We agreed," he said, " r that a workers' conference was necessary in order that it might act simul-, ytaneously ivith the conference of. the Governments. Only thu3 will it be possible 'to secure a people's peace. International to-operation must replace international iggression."
