Mails close at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin, as under : WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20. _For- Australian States, South Africa, Ceylon, mdia, China, Japan, and Straits Settlements at 6.30 a.m. Late-fee letters for north and south expresses may now be posted in pillar posting box in front of railway station. ' Letters usually superscribed "Via Suez ' should now be superscribed "For first direct steamer." _ Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship. Theodore King, Chief Postmaster.
