Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Gable Association. SHANGHAI, January 8. The steamor Too-chi collided with tho steamer Hainfong outside Wn-sung. The Too-chi sank, and 100 persons were drowned, including tho captain and chief officer. .
