. ROME, January 7. Count Czeniin, interviewed at Vienna before leaving for Erest-Litovsk, indicated that Austria' expects as a result of the negotiations that the map of Europe will be completely changed in Austria's favor. .There will no longer be anv frontier between Russia and the Austrian Monarchy from the Bukowina to Silesia. New political States will be created. Ukrainia and Poland will be independent, and mav join the Austrian Monarchy; but one thing is certain—they will remove the borders of Russia hundreds of miles.
