ECONOMY IN FRANCE.
BATTLE LINE GOMES FIRST. NEW YORK, January 6. (Received January 7, at 9.35 a.m.) Advices from France state that the French Government have requisitioned the entire wheat crop and established bread rations of seven ounces daily. It is explained to the French people that this sacruice is necessary in order to release ships lor the transport of American troops instead of wheat from that country.
