Reuter's Telegrams. LONDON, January 4. Mr Lloyd George, in a message to the agricultural laborers, appeals to them to do their utmost to grow more food. He says : " There is a world-wide shortage of food. We may have to feed the Army and Navy, and also ourselves, on what we can grow here."
