THE PROGRESS OF ARTHUR BARNETT, LTD. Ladies are invited to view what is probably the finest window show ever seen in Dunedin. Experts are unanimous in their opinion that nothing more skilfully planned for electric light display has been'arranged in any window of the Dominion. The background is particularly effective, wljile the color scheme blends 'beautifully with the dainty Frocks and Summer Models that are on exhibition. The windows will bo specially lighted each evening up to and including Saturday, September 8. A notable feature attached to this more than creditable display is the outstanding fact that the whole of the painting and decorative work was carried out on tho premises under the supervision of Mr Murdoch, who is in charge of the window dressing staff. It is scarcely necessary to comment on the exclusive garments on exhibition. We are now the recognised Standard Costume House for smart creations at reasonable prices, and this year's first day visit to the Show Hoorn can only enhance that enviable reputation.
