In the Supreme Court at Napier yesterday the jury failed to agree in the case in which Whangawa Wirihana was charged with the manslaughter of a newsboy n( Hastings. The accused’s motor car collided with the boy’s bicycle, and the colli sion caused the latter’s death. This was the third trial, and the jury failed agair to agree.
