(From. Our Own Reporter.) Further petitions seeking the closing of hotel bars at 6 o’clock wore, presented to the House this afternoon. These included the Otago anc' Southland petitions, which were presented by Sir James Allen, the Hon. J. A. Hamm, and Messrs Statham, Sidey, and Walker.
