SWISS PRECAUTIONS.
BADEN FRONTIER GARRISONED. i LONDON, January 28. The Central News Zurich correspondent jays that the Rothschilds, of Baris, have withdrawn £8,000,000 from the Swiss hanksin view of the possibility of a German invasion. The Swiss Government’s assurance that they intend to defend Swiss territory has stopped a general withdrawal I of French capital. The banks have agreed to transfer their securities to Geneva. Swiss troops are lining the frontier between Schatfhausen and- Basle, which ! hitherto has not been garrisoned.
