The 14th uiinu.'il presentation of prizes of the Civil Service Harrier and A.A. Club was held in the Hillside Workshops social hall. There, was a, large attendance. Mr C. 11. Andrews (vice-presi-dent) occupied the chair. The following was the toast list :—" The King," " Our Soldiers at the Front," "Kindred Clubs," "The Prize Winners," "The Performers/' and " The Civil Service Harriers." louring the evening songs were contributed by Messrs A. Douglas. J. Densen, 0. S. Firkin, M. Thomson, T. Scott, and C. T. Farland; recitations. Mr Hendry; cornet solo, Mr Brough. Messrs Robertson and Firkin presided at the piano. During the evening the club's roll of lienor was read. It now contains tho names of 7 members killed in action, while there arc 47 in France or in training.
