NEUTRAL VICITIMS SINCE WAR STARTED: NEARLY HALF A MILLION TONNAGE. LONDON, November 5. (Received November 6, at 9.5 a.m.) During the war period the Germans have sunk neutral vessels to the extent of 421,333 gross tonnage. The chief sufferers are : —One hundred and sixty-eight Norwegians, a'-yrc^atin" 42,779 tons;' 38 Danish, 37,234"'t0n5: 13 Dutch, 54,914 tons.
