FURTHER ITALIAN CAINS.
LONDON, November 4. An Italian communique states: The llth Army Corps captured strong positions eastward of Velikeriboch and Mount Pecinka. We extended our lines westward of the Oppacchinsella-Castagnavizza road. We took prisoner 3,498 men."
Later. An Italian official message states: We captured a strong position on the southern slopes of, the Cima Bacche-Travignolo Valley, and consolidated it despite a violent bombardment. We advanced one more kilometre eostwards along the Opacchin-sella-Castagnavizza road. Further seawards a massed attack was'smashed by our fire. We made prisoner 554 more men, and also took a whole battery of howitzers. The High Commissioner's message adds : The Italians captured yesterday a battery of 4in howitzers, machine guns, gun ammunition, a transport column, and quantities of material.
