AUSTRIA LOSES 15,000 MEN.
ENEMY DEMORALISED. ROME, November 3. The first day of the now offensive on the Carso cost the enemy a loss of 15,0C0 men, one-third of whom are prisoners. The 21st Regiment and other units were annihilated., There is fine weather, and the battle fiercely continues. The enemy counter-attacks are feeble and disordered, end the troops are demoralised.
