Fress Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. Heuter's Telegrams. WASHINGTON, November 3. Close estimates give President Wilson 197 certain votes and Mr Hughes 192. Both sides are strenuously pushing their candidature in doubtful States, especially New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, whose votes total 66. The successful candidate must secure 266 votes.
