ITALIAN ENEMY TRADE.
ROME, August 17. Official: Italy is forbidding Italians to trade with subjects of enemy States or their allies, or with persons or bodies established in territory" belonging to or occupied by them. A second, decree places under Government control, and renders liable to sequestration or liquidation if necessary, cominf>rcial undertakings in Italy belonging to or controlled by subjects of enemy States or their allies.
