David Trevnthan (Chatto Creek), claim £6 18s Bd, amount of account stated, with costs (£1 9s 6d); Ellen Dickison v. David Trevethan (Chatto Creek), claim £1 19s lid, for goods supplied, with costs (6s): Briscou and Co. v. Thomas White, claim £1 Os 6d, for goods supplied, with costs (ss) ; Laidlaw and Gray v. Jack Spavin (Hawera), claim £6 19s 6d, for hire of Rexophone, with costs (£1 3s 6d): Agnes Anderson v, William Wintrup (Green Island Bush), claim £2 15s, balance due for professional services rendered, with costs (16s). Judgment Summons.—Ellen Frances Cody v. William Smith, claim £3 4s 2d, on judgment summons.—Plaintiff, who did not appear, was ordered to )>av thi> amount, with costs (ss), forthwith, in default four days' imprisonment.
