.American newspapers condemn, the action of the British Censor in refusing to pass a message from the head of the Copenhagen University giving details of the new comet which is travelling northward, and promises to become a very interesting object ere long. Astronomers, having little money to spend on long cables, have devked a special code for communicating tmch information. -All codes are barred at pr«sent, and the Censor would not make any exception in favor of the comet.
