TO THB EDITOR. Sir,—l understand it is tho intention of the St. CJair Surf and Life-saving Club to give another Children's Day at the, St. Clair Beach, and would mako the, following suggestion to their • committee:—That prizes for sand-modelling bo given. Tin's competition could bo started about 11 o'clock, and, besides being educational, would prove of great interest to spectators.
