NOT FAR SHORT OF 3,000,000 MEN. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON"! September 21. In the House of Commons Mr Asquith announced that his estimate was that not far short of 3.000,000 recruits hail offered for the Army and Navy. This excluded all colonial contingents.
