Sixth Day.— Tuesday. The Dunedin Competitions were continued in the Victoria Hall and His Majesty’s Theatre this morning and afternoon. On the morning’s contests the following were recalled to compete again tonight : Shakespearean Recitation, ‘Henry Sentencing the Traitors’ (‘Henry V.’) — Messrs J. B. M'Gonnelj and G. T. M‘llroy. Shakespearean Dialogue, ‘Rosalind’s Wooing’ (‘As You Like It’).—Mr S. Lawson and Miss Thruston, Mr Moloney and Miss Lizzie Adams. Piano Solo (12 and under 14 years) Spring Song.’—Neenie Kenny, Gladys Benton, and Muriel MacLaren. 'THIS EVENING’S PROGRAMME. To-night’s programme should attract a big audience, including, as it will, the piano duet ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’ (op?n to professionals and amateurs), tho Shakespearean recitation and dialogue, the sacred solo for basses, the vocal duet, iri ® rst of competitors in the flair-hour _ entertainment.” The evening session begins at 7.30.
