DUNEDIN EXCHANGE. Business on 'Change yesterday afternoon continued good, with reported sales in Waihi Junctions at 21s 6d and Union Steam (ordinary issue) at 22s 3d. This morning Auckland mining shares were firm, with buyers of Talismans at 17s 6d and no seller under 18s 3d. Waihis and_ Junctions had inquiry. In local mining shares Electric Gold Dredging were wanted at 3s 7d. with a seller at 4s. Roxburgh Amalgamated (paid up) were v wanted at 2s 3d, but there were no sellers. Mount Lyells were asked for at 21s . 6d, but none were, offering. In the in- ' vestment market Bank of New Zealand (old issue) were quoted wide—buyers at £lO, sellers at £lO 7s. Insurance shares were neglected, with the exception of Standards, which were on offer at 335. in the miscellaneous division woollen shares continue in demand, a sale being recorded in Mosgiels at £4, with a further, buyer at 79s and no declared seller.
