A CURE FOR "SLACKERS." On July 9 the following advertisement appeared in 'The Times': •Tack F. G.—lf you are not in kliaki by the 20th I shall cut you dead.—Ethel M. Tho Berlin correspondent of the 'Cologne Gazette' Was so.much struck by this threat, that he telegraphed the following version to his journal: "If you axe not in khaki by the 20th I shall hack you to death (hacke sch. dich zn Tode).".
