A STRAIGHTFORWARD ANSWER.
LONDON, August 15. Replying to Dr O’Dwyer, Roman Catholic Bishop of Limerick, Mr J. E. Redmond asks whether he would be justified in asking the Government to enter into peace negotiations when the Germans, who were the aggressors in the war, had not shown any disposition to repair the wrongs they had inflicted upon Belgium and Britain’s other Allies.
