IMPROVING FORM. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. 'SYDNEY, July 7. : The New Zealand howlers heat, the Chatswood Club by 17 points to-day. At the beginning of the match the green was in excellent condition, but a shower during the afternoon damaged it and hindered play. The New Zealanders through- 1 out played an excellent game, and their play has much improved since the firstmatch, scores ; Potter. Uolnmb, Parkinson, Colt-man... 21 M'Ardle, Coles, Nash, Tasker 16 Palliser, Lewis. Marks, Shearman ... 20 Gallic, Reid, Mason, Bush 21 Duncan, Parrett. Thompson, Nixon ... 16 Crcagii, -Smith, Dale. Sutcliffe 22 finally victorious, though Chatswood played a fine game. The New Zealanders played their best game since their arrival, showing more combination. There was no doubt at any stage of tho game as to who would ho finally victorious, though Chatswood played a nc game.
