BEYOND ALL HELP. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, July 6. A committee has been established to enlist volunteers front the foreigners residing in Germany to aid the Prince of Wied. The ‘ Tageblatt’s ’ correspondent advises that military circles at Durazzo consider that the Prince of Wied is beyond all help. Four thousand troops are required for a successful attack, and tho Albanian Government are unable to support them owing to the high cost of living and tho lack of accommodation. DURAZZO. July 6.
