WOMEN’S SUFFRAGE
A WORLD CABINET. J Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 6. What is-practically a world's cabinet on the women’s suffrage movement will meet at London this week. It was organised by the International Women's Suffrage Alliance Board, and Mrs Catt (of New York) will preside. Twnety-four delegates (each representing a different country) will attend.
THE MOVEMENT IN FRANCE. (London ‘ Times ’ and Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Services.) PARIS. July 6. A procession of flower-carrying women deposited their flowers at the base of the statue of Condorcet, who has been chosen as the patron of the feminist movement because he raised his voice against social inequality. Condorcet expressed no hostility- to men, and ridiculed the idea of warring with the other half of the human race over feminism.
