TEN MILLIONS NEEDED FOR NATIONAL INSURANCE. (London ‘Times’ and Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Services.) LONDON. April 27. The Budget will provide £7,275,000, and possibly £10,000,000, new revenue for national insurance. It- is possible that the sugar duties will bo abolished, and that there will bo a readjustment of the rela.tions between Imperial and local taxation.
