Bell of Auckland), goods. £2 2s 6d and costs ilOs) ; M'Lean and Co. IMr Moore) v. John Boig, goods, 15s 6d and costs (ss); Louisa Phiip I.Mr Moore) v. Aaron Davis ( nf Green Island), good#, 19s 8d and costs '9si ; Frederick Nichol (Mr Moorej v. George Wallace (of Auckland), goods, £% 15s and costs (lis) ; Alex. M'Kechnie iMr Mooie) v. L. Cohen (of Auckland), wages, £25 10s and cost; i£2 14*). In this ease Mr .Moore gave an undertaking tliat if defendant had a bona fide defence no objection would he raised to a rehearing. Win. Wills (Mr Hay; v. Richard Smith. —Claim, £2 15?, on a judgment summons, for balanre due on suit.—Defendant was ordered to pay the sum and costs (ss), i'.i default three days' imprisonment. A Fence Destroyed.—Arthur Stanhope Johnson (Mr Bedford) v. M'Donald Bros. .of Castle street and Maori Hill), coal merchants.—Claim, £lO, for damage done bydefendants' horses to his hedge and fence and vegetables at Maori Hill.—Mr Hanlon, who appeared fur defendants, brought the claim down to £2 after parley with plain iitf in cross-examination, and compromised on that sum. Expenses i£2 7s) were allowed against defendants.
