ST. CLAIR BEACH.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I am writing to you about the bands of youths who travol about St. Clair at night time. At present no person can come out to the Beach to enjoy a night's outing without interference by these bands. There are seats on the esplanade, and peoplo who sit on them (especially couples) are jeered at and made fun of. I have been annoyed when sitting on the seats at the esplanade and also the seats around the pavilion. Is there no way of stopping this? What are the police doing? St. Clair, in my opinion, will never go ahead while people are annoyed on the esplanade, Second Beach, and even the streets.—l am, etc., Discusted. November 5.
