“ MINOR BREACHES OF DISCIPLINE." [Feu United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, March 20. Three Senior Cadets were charged at the Magistrate’s Court' with interrupting a parade. Each pleaded not guilty, and dm nied interfering with the parade. Tney admitted that some hilarity was caused by the iSsuo of shorn trousers', most of winch were much too large for the wearers. “ These are offences which I characterise as minor breaches of discipline, and as such should be dealt with at the time in the drill hall,” said Mr Riddell, S.M. “ I think it ridiculous that they should be brought before a criminal court, thus wasting the time of the Court." He entered a conviction,against the youths, but inflicted no penalty.
