LONDON. March 18. (Received March 19, at 8.35 a.m.) In the House of Commons Mr Harcourt. in ivphy to a question whether ho was communicating with the Governor of Fiji regarding the frequency of murders due to marital jealousy, arising out of the inadequate number of women under indentured immigration, said that the Governor saw no grounds why he should commute four r?cent sentences. Mr Harcourt did not think a special inquiry was necessary.
