DUNEDIN BURNS CLUB.

The last committee meeting for the year of the Dunedin Burns Club was held last evening, 'Mr W. B. M’Ewan presiding.—ln connection with the annual meeting on the 26th inst. it was decided that each member of the committee should contribute an item to the programme following the business, and that the meeting should conclude with an hour’s dancing.— It was resolved to donate to the Public Library a regular publication of the ‘ Scottish American,’ and to oredr a regular supply of ‘Burns’ Chronicles’ for the use and information of club members.—A donation of £2 2s was passed to the Fresh Air Fund.—The Scholarship Sub-commit-tee reported that satisfactory arrangements were in hand for the revival of the Burns’s Scholarship, which was not awarded last year on account of no entries having been received.—lt was stated that a feature of this week’s concert would be a short address on David Livingstone by the president.
