SCIENTIFIC AGRICULTURE
[Per United Press Association.] LONDON, January 5. (Received January 6. at noon.) Lord Lucas, at Darlington, said the Government were establishing a development fund with district councils to control agricultural education. First-rate scientists were studying soils, plants, animal breeding, and feeding, and the results would be communicated to farmers.
