WELLINGTON. January 4. The Wellington Seamen's Union havt decided to send their president and spcretary to the Federation or Labor Trad? Union Conference, provided the Auckland and Dunedin branches will do likewise, and the delegates' derisions are not to bind tie c.ij.'.i.iishtioii . without a plebis.ite of their members. This point. I am informed by the conference .secretary, is one on which there need be no apprehension. The resolutions of the conference are not intended to tie the hands of thu organisations represented, but will be subject to endorsement by the individual members
The. Wellington tramwaymen have also resolvei to attend.
