CHURCH BAZAARS.
The ealo of work held in aid of tho Moray Place Congregational Church building_ fund was concluded .last night. The takings for the day amounted to about £l5O. It is anticipated that as a irsult of the successful bazaar close oil £4OO at tho least will bo added to the fund. Last ilight the' entertainments were excellent. They included % a- musical programme under the ""direction of Mr W. Ball; a wood -pa wing competition for ladies (which was won by Mrs Ball), a demonstration by Boy Scouts, and a bed-making competition (which was won by Scout Robertson). The South Dunedin Presbyterian Church sale of work was also concluded last night, when a- capital programme of entertainment was given by a number of Forbury School Cadets (who were seen to advantage in physical drill), by Miss Enid Bell (song), and by Mcssm Clark Brothers (bagpipe selections). The sum of £IBO was raised during the sale.
