DRUGGED LIQUOR
Tress Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA. August 21. A number of additinnal deaths have occurred through drinking bad whisky at Montreal. The death roll is now 11. Two foreigners have been arrested and charged'with manslaughter. It is alleged that they procured the deadly liquor in the United States, ami smuggled it into Canada. A police search discovered several bodies in the fields, where the men had died in awful agony.
