Mr Murray, Mr Bailliau, and Mr Harper gtart for Rotterdam, Harobourg, and Berlin ou Monday to inquire into tie various eystems of electrification. Mjr Murray, who has just returned from Scotland and the provinces, is much impressed with th-c rallies* electric trams that ar» attached to overhead wires in Leeds. Ho considers them suitable for connecting new suburbs \with the existing railway isystems of Melbourn* and other centre*.
