Mr Sidey gave notice to ask tho Minister of Railways whether ho will increase the number of trains that stop at the Kensington railway station. ■: Mr Fisher’s 'Legislative;.Amendment Bill, providing for, the repeal, of the Second Ballott, was rend a first time. Mr Dayey wishes the. Minister of Public Works to refer;tha.tramway regulations'• to a Parliamentary Select Committee before putting them in force. Notice was given by .Ministers to set up tho various Sessional Select Committees. Mr Arnold is to be on tho Labor and Railway Committees, and Mr Sidey and Mr Thomson on the Education Committee.
