CENTRE'S ANNUAL MEETING. Tire annual meeting of tho delegatee to >ho Dunedin Centre of tho South. Inland Bowling Association xvas held in tho Board Room of the Early Settlers’ Hall Lust jroning. Kcast). in the course of a review of the pact session, referred to the success of the various tournaments, and in connection with tho Easier tournament ho complimented Messrs Allan mid Hogg on the now scheme on which the rinks had been played. He hoped the system had tome to stay, also that the new executive would not have tho same difficulty ia getting rinks to travel to engage in inte.rcentre matches as was experienced last season. There was now before the council a proposal for amalgamation with the Auckland and tho Northern Bowling Associations, and ho hoped that, tho delegatee would sec their way to bring this about. It had been suggested that the secretarial office should bo located at tho four chief centres in turn, mid- thus do away with parochial jealousy. In conclusion, he moved the adoption of the report and balance-sheet. The motion was carried unanimously. The delega lessor tho ensuing year then proceeded to fresh business, and Mr Krtist vacated the chair in favor of tho new chairman (Mr C.
