DUNEDIN FANCIERS’ CLUB.
The above dob’s amnia! show will bo held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week. Sidey’s Buildings, at the comer of Police and Crawford streets, hare been secured for the show this year, and this should pnive. an ideal place, being opposite the Agricultural Society’s Winter Show, thus being; in a good position for countin' visitors. A record entry has been received, and such entries are well distributed over the various classes of poultry, pigeons, canaries, dogs, oats, and children’s pets. The committee have been bard at work securing trophies and special prizes, and a largo number have been collected. The committee have resolved this year that the. cats and children’s pets arc to he on exhibition on Friday and Saturday, and this section _ alone always provides one of the attractions of the show. Mr J. R. Hayne is making a special exhibition of his Persian cats. Everything points to tb is being one of the best shows of its kind ever bold in Dunedin, and the public should not miss the opportunity of seeing it.
