A BALD SUMMARY OF AN IMPORTANT AGREEMENT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, July 28. (Received July 29, at 12.35 p.m.) A Memorandum of the conference held between Canada and Australia with, the British Admiralty on the status of the Dominion forces was gabled in the Dominion Parliament this morning. The Dominion navies are to be exclusively under the control of their respective Governments, training in the uniform of the Imperial Navy, from Canada’s naval stations in the North Pacific and North Atlantic, and from Australia in the South Pacific to the Antarctic.
