j In 1887 an architect named Lenoir built a casino at a Brittany seaside resort. A { uumber of years after- that ha happened | to visit another watering place in the same j district, and discovered there what fan I pronounced to be an exact copy of his ( casino, only the plagiarist had made » j i private asyfmn of the building instead of 9 ,;i casino. ■ M. Lenoir brought an action against the architect of the asylum, aiiegI ing that the latter was a perfect imitation, i stone by stone, of his casino. His heirs j are con tanning the case, and their counsel i has produced complete designs on a large i seals m court to prove that the late arciUI tedfs ideas had been stolen.
