APPENDICITIS.

(Received July 29, at 10 a.m.) In the course of an address at the meeting of the British Medical Association Professor Jordan Lloyd said he estimated that there were 2,276 deaths from appendicitis a year in England and Wales. There were 40,000 operations for appendicitis last year in the United Kingdom. Six hundred thousand general operations every year ate jterformed piii 1 anthropically.
