The text book for the New Zealand Competitions Society's festival, entric.- for which doe© in September, is now obtainable from booksellers and music shops, or it will bo sent, post free to any inquirer by Mr James Dykes, secretary, Featherston street, Wellington. Mr Dykes requests that intending competiu rs outer early. As the entries tire sure to be very heavy, it will facilitate the making out of tho programme if competitors send in their names at once. The special prizes in Wellington amount to £2BO, in addition to the ordinary prizes.
