Much attention is devoted to Mr Lloyd George's speech to the London bankers. The ' Neae Freie Presse' is surprised at the vehemence of the British Chancellor's tone. The. paper says that the speech, is a determined attempt to influence the negotiations between France and Germany at Berlin, to deprecate German claims, and to encourage France.. This shows that Germany's colonial expansion in Africa •will not be accomplished without peiiL NOT WORTH 1 SLNGLE SOLDIHfc. LONDON, July 24. At the International Conference of Miners Herr Hue, a member of the Reichstag, stated that German workers were of opinion that Germany's interests in Morocco we.ro not worth the bonos of <t single German worker.
